Refunds follow Maroc Pages’ policy:
1. Eligibility:
Refunds apply only to services that have not been activated. Once a listing/campaign is live, refunds are no longer guaranteed.
2. Request Procedure:
Contact billing@marocpages.com within 7 calendar days of payment. Include order number and transaction reference.
3. Processing Time:
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Maroc Pages cannot guarantee immediate fund reversal as this depends on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable:
Active campaigns, custom content/design, and subscription renewals once the period has begun.
5. Partial Refunds:
If approved for a partially completed service, administrative fees may be deducted.
